Values

Brentwood Christian Church is a progressive, open and affirming congregation in the heart of the Ozarks that is seeking to build community, justice, and love.

Community
We seek to build meaningful relationships with one another in the spirit of Christ’s love. We journey beside one another through the ups and downs of life, laughing together, weeping together, and being there for one another in times of deepest need (Romans 12:15).

Justice
We stand in solidarity with and for those oppressed due to economic status, race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other reason and work for a world where all are treated with the dignity and respect that God’s love demands (Micah 6:8).

Love
God is love. We are guided by the principle of love and all that we teach and do is with the intent of drawing nearer to the perfect and unconditional love made known to us in Jesus Christ (1 John 4:16).
