Check-Ins
All children participating in nursery and children’s programs are required to be checked-in. (If you’re visiting for the first time, you might find it helpful to fill out a registration form in advance to help your visit run as smoothly as possible.) We use a safe and secure check-in process to keep your kids safe and to make sure they get checked-in to the appropriate age group. There are check-in stations at the Info Table near the Coffee Nook and by Room 14, along with staff and volunteers ready to assist with any needs or questions you might have. On Sundays, it’s easiest to check-in before the 10:00 a.m. worship service starts (if your child is not checked in before worship, you must accompany them to Children’s Church to check them in before they can participate in Children’s Church). Here are some helpful tips to make your check-ins go as smoothly as possible:
Step 1
- Fill out this registration form to create a profile if you haven’t already done so
- Be sure to include your child’s birthdate and grade so they are assigned to the appropriate age group
- If applicable, list any allergies, medical or special needs in the medical notes section (optional)
- For pickup purposes, it’s helpful to include photos for all adults in your household in your profile
Note: If you don’t have a mobile device (phone or tablet) to create a profile, go to the Check-In Station at the Info Table near the Coffee Nook and we can create one for you.
Step 2
- Go to one of the Check-In Stations to have your check-in labels printed (stations are located at the Info Table near the Coffee Nook and by Room 14)
- There are two ways to get your labels printed:
- Self check-in (available before the event on the Church Center app): Select “Check-In” on the Church Center app and choose the members of your household you are checking-in. When you arrive at one of the Check-In Stations, use the tablet to scan the code on your device
- Manual check-in: When you arrive at one of the Check-In Stations, use the tablet to enter your phone number, then select the members of your household you wish to check-in
- If you have any questions, go to the Check-In Station at the Info Table near the Coffee Nook for assistance.
- Place the name tag on the child (placing the tag on their back is the best way to keep it from falling off), and make sure you keep the smaller label with the matching code (for your child’s safety, you’ll need to match the code at pickup time).
- It’s easiest to complete the check-in process before the 10:00 a.m. worship service begins. If your child is not checked in before worship, you must accompany them to Children’s Church so they can be checked-in.
Step 3
- When it’s time for pick up, take the small label with the code and show it to one of the leaders. Our leader will match your code with the code on the child’s name tag label.
