Leadership Team
Emily Alder-Venturella (she/her) is a Springfield native who believes serving people is her mission. She is passionate about creating spaces where kids, youth, and families feel known, loved, and like they truly belong. Her love for serving others extends beyond the church as she serves on the PTA at Field Elementary and on the Southwest Missouri Leadership Council for Special Olympics. She graduated from Park University and spent several years in the corporate world in executive support, human resources, and workplace culture before moving into ministry. Emily and her husband, Andrew, have been married for 13 years and have a son, Soren. Together, they love traveling, cooking, hiking, and fostering dogs for a local rescue. Their home is rarely without an extra set of paws!
